Wilberforce comprises eight acres of open and wooded land and is suitable for camping and other indoor and outdoor activities (see StreetMap)

Greatoaks, located on the Wilberforce camp site, Great Oaks is a modern, permanent building designed to accommodate 30 overnight and for more for daytime activities. There are two dormitories with bunk beds for 14 and 10 and two rooms each with three beds. A well equipped kitchen with large refrigerators, freezer, gas stove and ample work tops and cupboards. Great Oaks also has electric lighting and gas heating, main drainage toilets, shower, telephone etc.

The meeting will take place from 10.00 am (following lunch at 12.00 pm, to the finish of business.

A full agenda will be distributed at the meeting.

Organisation

A charge of £8.00 needs to be made to cover the costs of the venue, morning and afternoon refreshments and a midday meal – for those staying on for the evening meal as well the cost will be £13.00 for the day.

As for previous meetings accommodation is available for those wishing to stay on the Friday and/or Saturday night. For those staying on Friday night and/or the Saturday night the additional cost will be £6.00/night which will include accommodation and breakfast the following morning.
